Fully Transparent Psionics

Magic and psionics are to be considered fully transparent as detailed here.

Psionics are just another form of magic. Thus, the categories of magic are arcane, divine, and psionic. Any class that requires a minimum caster level may be met with the equivalent manifester level instead. Similarly, if a class grants +1 level of existing spellcasting class, then it may optionally grant +1 level of existing manifesting class instead. Classes that specifically require a minimum arcane/divine caster level, or progress an arcane/divine spellcasting class, remain unchanged.

The psionic skills and feats tabulated below no longer exist and their traditional magic counterparts now perform both roles.
